Ai Otsuka, a female Japanese pop singer-songwriter and pianist from Osaka, just released her latest single “Kurage, Nagareboshi”. This 18th single released on September 10th.

PEACH/ HAERT is Ai Otsukas 15th single and 2nd one to be a double A-side, PEACH was used as the theme song of the Hana Kimi drama. PEACH/ HEART was Ai Otsukas 3rd single to reach #1 on the Oricon charts, selling 68,346 in its first week (which is actually less than her lower charting singles) with current sales of 154,514 (07.09.18).

Oricon published the female half of its “who do you want as your lover” survey, and the #1 woman was actress Yui Aragaki, who has seen a large surge in popularity this year. She outranked two other popular young actresses, Masami Nagasawa (#2) and Maki Horikita (#3).
There were ties at #4 (Yukie Nakama and Haruka Ayase) and at #6 (Ai Otsuka and Aya Ueto). Saki Aibu, Aki Hoshino, and Yuri Ebihara completed the top ten.
